CCRLS Mobile App

CCRLS Member Library Patrons,

We need to make you aware of an ongoing service disruption to the CCRLS Mobile app on Apple or Android devices that so many of you use.

On 11/26/23 the app became inoperable. We have since learned this is due to the unexpected withdrawal of technical support from one of the app developers.

We are actively exploring replacement options with our system vendor and apologize for the confusion, frustration and inconvenience this situation may be causing.

For those who do not know, this app has provided search access to our member library collections and the ability to place and remove holds as well as other functions.

In the meantime, please note that our online catalog remains available and is fully functional. For additional service please contact your home library.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we look for a solution.

Our libraries welcome everyone

The leaders of the member libraries comprising Chemeketa Cooperative Regional Library Services (CCRLS) are committed to anti-racism.

Our libraries welcome everyone. As library leaders, we particularly condemn the systemic racism which adversely affects the lives of Black, Indigenous , and People of Color. Such prejudice is antithetical to the institutional values of our libraries. We are committed to fighting racism wherever we find it in ourselves and our communities. In doing so we reaffirm that our libraries are:

  • places of learning and gathering for the entire community
  • safe places to explore and celebrate our differences and similarities
  • supporters of intellectual freedom and the right of assembly.

We acknowledge that no institution is free of bias, and that it is our responsibility to look deeply at our own libraries and actively strive towards justice for all who live in our communities. We stand with ALA and our library colleagues across the country in condemning violence and racism.

To encourage awareness in ourselves and in our communities, the CCRLS member libraries encourage exploration of anti-racism activism, police violence in the United States, and related topics by starting with our online catalog of books and electronic resources

COVID-19

CCRLS is actively monitoring information and advice from state and county public health officials about the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). As a library cooperative, we are working closely with our member libraries to respond as needed to this developing situation. Information regarding library closures can be found here.

Security improvements to account login

As a security measure, library account passwords are now case-sensitive. Your existing password/PIN may need to be entered with all letters in upper-case.

All new (or reset) passwords must be between 4-25 characters long; include at least one lower-case letter and one number.
