Live within the CCRLS service area? Great! Then you already qualify for a 'Basic' library card at no cost. If you also happen to live within the city boundaries of a member library, then you qualify for a full-service card at that location. Register online for a temporary, limited account and then visit your local CCRLS library to upgrade it to a permanent status.
Borrow materials from any CCRLS member library. Our daily courier will deliver the requested material to the library of your choice and return it to its owning library when you're done with it.

CCRLS provides member library patrons with a variety of electronic resources. Most of these resources can be accessed remotely with your library card.
Looking for a title that can't be found in our member library collections? Not to worry. Interlibrary Loan allows patrons to request titles held by libraries outside of our system. CCRLS services all member library borrowing requests and coordinates lending to our external ILL partners.
CCRLS provides network infrastructure and administration to many of its member libraries. This supports our shared automated system and provides public internet access at those locations.
In partnership with Chemeketa Community College, CCRLS provides access to a collection of mobile WiFi hotspots. These devices are intended to help patrons who otherwise lack reliable internet access and are circulated at our member library locations. Learn more about this service.
CCRLS manages over 500 pieces of hardware (computers & related peripherals) at member library locations.
CCRLS supports our member libraries' Ready-to-Read activities through grant oversight & management.
